Few people will use just boiled pasta on its own. It's boring, not tasty, and not very healthy. Therefore, with their participation, many different dishes have been invented. For our country, salad with pasta, or in our case with pasta, is exotic. However, in Italy, where pasta is a national dish, it is a fairly common dish, the variations of which are many, because vegetables, herbs, meat and fruits can be combined in one plate … You can make a real culinary masterpiece from the most ordinary pasta by adding a small addition and an exquisite dressing. A wide range of ingredients will allow every gourmet to find a more suitable option for themselves. Today we are preparing a warm salad of pasta, sweet pepper and cheese, drizzled with olive oil.
It should be noted that warm salads are considered versatile, because they can be eaten as an independent second course for the whole family, and after cooling, the appetizer turns out to be very tasty. The salad is also convenient in that if there is a little pasta side dish left that was prepared for the meat steak, then you do not need to figure out where to attach them. It will not be enough to dispose of them for casseroles, but as a salad with other products, you will get a portion of a win-win warm salad. In addition, preparing a warm salad with pasta is very simple. It is enough to add 2-3 ingredients to boiled pasta and this is a full-fledged hearty, but light dish.

Ingredients:
- Pasta (raw) - 50 g
- Olive oil - for dressing and frying
- Cheese - 50 g
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
- Cilantro, basil - a few twigs
Step by step preparation of a warm salad of pasta, sweet pepper and cheese, recipe with photo:
1. Cut off the stalk from the bell pepper, clean out the seed box and cut off the partitions. Wash the pepper, dry with a paper towel and cut into strips. Lightly fry in olive oil in a skillet.
2. Wash the greens, dry with a cotton towel and chop finely. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
3. Put water in a saucepan, add a pinch of salt and boil. Dip the pasta into boiling water, boil it again, tighten the temperature to the minimum setting and cook for 1 minute less than what is written on the manufacturer's packaging. Place them on a sieve and set aside to drain the water.
4. In a bowl, combine fried peppers, boiled pasta and herbs.
5. Season food with salt, sprinkle with olive oil and stir. Spoon the warm pasta and bell pepper salad onto a plate and sprinkle with the cheese shavings. From the heat of the pasta, it will melt a little, become viscous and soft.
