Ingredients:
- Chicken wings - 10 pcs.
- Saffron - 0.5 tsp
- Thyme - 0.5 tsp
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Tomato paste - 3 tablespoons
- Coriander - 0.5 tsp
- Sumakh - 0.5 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Cumin - 0.5 tsp
Step by step cooking Turkish wings, recipe with photo:
1. In a container, combine tomato paste, salt, black pepper and all the spices. If you don't have tomato paste, go for ketchup or tomato juice. You can also twist fresh tomatoes in a meat grinder.
2. Stir the spices well to make a homogeneous mass.
3. Place the wings in a large, convenient container. Wash them first and wipe them well. Also remove feathers, if present.
4. Pour the prepared sauce over them.
5. Stir well so that each bite is covered with sauce. Leave them to marinate for 1 hour. But if you wish, you can withstand a longer time. For example, night.
6. Place the wings on a baking sheet and place them in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for half an hour. If you are worried that they do not burn, then cover with foil, which you remove 10 minutes before cooking, so that they are browned.
7. Serve the finished wings hot immediately after cooking. Right now they are very fragrant, soft, tasty and juicy.
