Ingredients:

  • Pig ears - 1 pc.
  • Zucchini - 1 pc.
  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Garlic - 2 wedges
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Table vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  • Allspice peas - 4 pcs.
  • Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp
  • Any spices and spices to taste

1. Wash the pork ears, remove the black tan, clean the ear canals well and boil for 15 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly again under running water. This action is necessary so that the dirt is completely digested. Then put them in a clean saucepan, add the peeled onion, garlic clove, bay leaf and peppercorns. Pour in clean fresh drinking water and boil. Make a small flame and simmer for 2 hours under a closed lid.

2. Remove the finished ears from the broth and cool well, then cut into strips. I draw your attention to the fact that if you cut them hot, then the ears will stick together in one lump and it will be difficult to disconnect them from each other. Put the cut ears in the pans.

3. Wash the zucchini, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into strips about 7 mm thick. If the vegetable is ripe, then peel it first and remove the coarse seeds.
