Delicious, juicy and aromatic chicken with carrots and garlic in the oven. Today I will tell you how to cook it. By baking a chicken in the oven, you will not only save time, but also get a juicy and satisfying dish, along with an original vitamin side dish. Thanks to simple and affordable products, such a treat can be prepared at any time of the year. Carrots cooked in this way are very juicy, aromatic, tender and with a sweetish taste. Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1 carcass
- Garlic - 1-2 heads
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Any spices and spices to taste
- Carrots - 3-4 pcs. depending on the size
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Mayonnaise - 2-3 tablespoons
Step by step cooking chicken with carrots and garlic in the oven, recipe with photo:
1. Peel the carrots, wash and cut into long bars. Peel the garlic. Wash and dry the food.
2. Season the carrots with garlic with salt, ground pepper and any spices. This recipe uses ground nutmeg. It goes well with carrots, garlic and meat.
