Macaroni, pasta, spaghetti … are one of the most famous products and an indigenous representative of Italian cuisine. Most of us love different kinds of pasta. They can be of all kinds of shapes: tubes, wheels, shells, spaghetti, bows, spirals and many others. In addition to their shape, they differ in composition: hard and soft wheat or from bakery flour. However, the most correct pasta is considered to be solid varieties made from premium quality flour and water.
Pasta dishes have simplicity and elegance, satiety and a cozy homemade dish at the same time. They can feed the whole family, friends, and even put on a festive table or serve for a special occasion. And they, of course, are simply made for a variety of sauces that perfectly reveal their taste. Today we will cook a simple but delicious dish - pasta and pepper.
I used sweet red Bulgarian pepper. But you can make the food more beautiful and iridescent by using yellow, green and red peppers at the same time. So the food will attract more attention and increase the appetite. If desired, you can add pasta and peppers with tomatoes, fried or twisted into a puree consistency. So the taste of the dish will be juicier and at the same time it will turn out with the sauce.

Ingredients:
- Pasta - 100 g
- Olive oil - for frying
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - 0.5 tsp go to taste
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Basil - 1 sprig
Step by step cooking pasta with pepper, recipe with photo:
1. Fill a saucepan with water, salt and place on the stove. Bring to a boil and add pasta. Stir to keep them from sticking together and sticking to the bottom and sides of the cookware.
2. Boil again and reduce the temperature to low setting. Boil pasta without a lid for 1-1.5 minutes less than what is written on the manufacturer's packaging.
3. Pour olive oil into the pan. Peel the garlic, finely chop and place in the pan.
4. Saute it over medium heat until golden brown and remove from the pan. It is necessary that it only flavor the oil.
5. Wash and dry the bell peppers. Trim the tail, remove the baffled seed box and cut into wedges, strips, or cubes.
6. Place bell peppers in the pan. Fry it over medium heat until golden brown.
7. Put the boiled pasta on a sieve and leave to glass with water. Send the pasta to the roasted pepper pan.
8. Stir and pour 2-3 tbsp. water in which the pasta was cooked. Boil water, reduce the temperature to the lowest setting and simmer the pasta and pepper under a closed lid for 2-3 minutes. Serve to the table, garnish with a sprig of basil or finely chop the herbs and sprinkle on the dish.
