In many magazines and on the pages of websites, you can read that many nutritionists and doctors recommend eating oatmeal boiled in water for breakfast, and if you are not afraid to gain weight, then in milk. It is delicious, nutritious and healthy. Oatmeal perfectly saturates, enriches the body with vitamins and minerals and gives satiety for a long time.
But you can use oatmeal not only in the form of porridge, but also delicious pancakes that diversify the morning menu. In order to make this dish as dietary as possible, fry the pancakes in a ceramic pan so as not to add or add a little vegetable oil.
I added a grated apple to the composition of this recipe, which made the dish more useful. But, instead of it, you can put any fruits and vegetables according to the season. So, in the fall a pumpkin, in the summer - a zucchini, in the winter - a banana, and in the fall - the first berry, strawberries. Cooking oat pancakes
1. Wash the apple under running water, remove the core with the seeds with a special knife, peel the fruit if desired, and grate the pulp on a coarse grater.
2. Pour the oatmeal with boiling water in a ratio of 1: 2, close the lid and let it brew until it swells. If you use Extra flakes, boil them for about 5-7 minutes. Although each package of the product contains detailed instructions for preparation.
3. Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl, add the grated apple and bran.
4. Add honey, a pinch of salt and beat in eggs. The honey can be substituted with brown sugar, regular sugar, or any jam you like.
5. Stir the food well. You should have a delicious oatmeal, which, in principle, you can already eat, which you can do. But I propose to go further and fry delicious pancakes from it.
6. Place the pan on the stove, add some oil and heat. Set the heat to medium and spoon the dough into pancakes with a tablespoon. You can also bake the pancakes in the oven. Then they will be more useful and dietary.
7. Cook the pancakes on both sides, about 4-5 minutes, until golden brown. You can serve them immediately after preparation or take them with you to work. Since they can be used both warm and chilled. It is very tasty to eat them with sour cream, cream, honey or syrup.
